Product of the Week - Makeup Brush Cleaner

It has been awhile since I have linked up to post a Product of the Week, but this one was too good not to post! So, I am linking up with Tiffanie and Aly to to share this stuff...

This Daily Brush Cleaner from Sephora is amazing! I love this stuff. I am not one to go the whole nine yards to clean my brushes. Too much of a hassle for me... I prefer to use them until they are disgusting then I just buy new. Hey... just being honest here.

Then, I bought my new beautiful UD NAKED palette. That is when I started to run into problems in the brush department. I didn't want my beautiful palette mixed up or ruined in any way, and I wanted to be able to wear each color without worrying the the last day's makeup was still on my brush!

One or two little sprays, a wipe, and you are ready for a fresh makeup application! I love the smell of this cleaner too. It is amazing to see what comes off your brush with each swipe. I love this product and if you want a fast way to get a fresh brush between each makeup application, then buy this. It won't put a dent in your wallet either.

Product of the Week - Toddler Lunch Edition

Product of the Week Time!

Since my daughter was a baby, I have been a bit of freak about feeding her. Always trying to make the best choices, I was very picky about what she could have. I have started to ease up, but I am still interested in giving her new things, trying to find ways for her to be open to enjoying healthier foods. I have been obsessed with muffin tin meals and all things bento boxes. Not sure what I am talking about ... follow this chickthis chick, and this chick!

Seriously, who wouldn't want to make a lunch like this for their child! So sweet and special!

Now, in an attempt to spice things up for my little lady, I have started to try to make food look more appealing. Cue products of the week...

1. Lunch Punch Sandwich cutters

Cutest designs ever! I love these things... I can get so many different sets on amazon!

2. Wilton Silicon Bake cups

Wilton Bake Cups

There are so many cute designs and funky cups to put healthy foods in. I love these as snack dishes on a colorful plate of food!

3. Bento Lunch Boxes

Easy Lunch Boxes

4. Food Picks

These cute seashore picks were my first purchase! I haven't used them yet, but aren't they so cute! I can't wait to use them this summer with some summer themed lunches.

Anyway, I love these things to help make feeding time a little friendlier around my house. How do you get your kids to eat and try new things?

Product of the Week - Juicer

Another installment of product of the week! I love Thursdays!

Okay, I am obsessed with my Jack LaLanne's power juicer. I actually borrowed it from a friend to give it a "test run" because I couldn't fathom buying a juicer that would never be used. I LOVE this thing. I mean really, truly love. It is so easy to use, you can throw anything in there (and add an apple) and it tastes delicious. I love using up all of my produce that is starting to get a little too ripe, and I am cutting way back on my waste each week.

I have even been using my juicing pulp to bulk up my mac and cheese, muffins, and cookies with extra vitamins and fiber for the sweet girl. Seriously, google "what to do with my juicer pulp?" and it is like a gold mine! I know I sound crazy... it's all good. Making carrot muffins without shredding a billion carrots is ah-mazing....and so what if they are made with cream cheese frosting...there is still carrot involved.

This little sucker is a gem. I have been using it non-stop. For about $100, it is worth the investment of feeling good.

The only downfall is the clean up (and that it is kind of big on your counter). Cleaning up after one cup of juice is a bit of pain, but when I think about all the nutrients I am giving myself and my daughter I don't mind as much.

Check out my juicer pinterest board for lots of yummy recipes! My favorite is pineapple and carrot juice. It is so yummy, and it looks like a glass of sunshine!

Now, I am not some health freak, but I am hooked on juicing!

Product of the Week - Kid Toy

This was definitely the product that made my life easier this week! So Sunday, we decided to go out to dinner with friends ... forgetting it was Valentine's weekend. We waited for everything from our table (we had reservations!) straight down to our dessert, and we were there forever! Poor Kay! She was getting rammy to say the least! All I can say is thank goodness for this gadget! We were able to keep the kids occupied with our cellphone apps and youtube videos of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse without worrying about our phones crashing to the floor approximately 5,000 times.

This Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Apptivity Case is a gem. It is hard to use at home because it takes a little effort to put your phone in there, but when you are out and about this is thing is money. My friend, Sabrina, introduced me to this little sucker and I will not go to a restaurant without it again!

Do yourself a favor and get one of these if you have a sweet child that cannot be contained to a high chair for longer than .5 seconds.

Product of the Week - Tech Style

I love Thursdays! I love linking up with Tiffanie and Aly for the weekly installment of product of the week. I love to check out all of the products. I immediately follow it up  by obsessively searching for these products on amazon.

This week, I am kind of boring, but you all need this stuff...
I found this "playdough" look alike last year as a stocking stuffer for my hubby. I proceeded to use it until it was a disgusting, dirty, hairball of goo. It started out as a little sticky compound that can clean anything. I LOVE using it to clean my keyboard on my laptop and in my car! I use it for all of the spots in my car I can't reach. Seriously, this stuff is like $5 and it makes my life happy. I found it at The Container Store, but I am sure you can get it all over.

Another product I am loving... photo cell phone cases! I have been seeing them constantly on pinterest.

All of these gorgeous cell phone covers are courtesy of my friend, Meg. She is one talented photographer, and I am dying for one of these cell phone covers. One of these would definitely brighten my day. You can get them HERE.

Okay, on to check out the rest of the products out there...

Product of the Week

I'm linking up with Aly & Tiffanie for the product of the week installment!

Now, I run around like a crazy person all day. From the time I get up at 5:45 6:15 (okay, let's be serious here) 6:45, I am on the go until after I finally put my daughter to bed at 7, do lesson plans, pack her bag for the next day, and shower. They seem like long days ... especially when I am a teacher, mediator, hairdresser, nurse, and entertainer to 21 six year olds... and there is nothing worse than looking like you feel after a day like this.

I am OBSESSED with this eyeshadow primer!

I am sorry, but there is nothing worse than having your eye shadow crease, look greasy, and/or disappear after a long day. I love this primer because it creates a matte effect so your eyeshadow looks so smooth and flawless. I have tried quite a few primers and bases, and this is the best by far!

I love love love using it underneath my new... Urban Decay NAKED palette. Thanks a lot ladies. I am directing all questions and complaints from the hubby to you! As an urban decay junkie (YDK .. best color ever) I cannot believe I have gone without this baby for so long.

Product of the Week

I have been following Tiffanie's blog for a while since I read about her sweet baby boy and his special heart. I just adore her blog, sweet baby, and all of the products she has her eye on. I am so happy that I finally got my act together for my product of the week.

Now, I want to preface this post by saying that I WANTED to post about my plain jane Cuisinart SmartPower blender simply because it was the "magic" tonight that helped my sweet 15 month old eat her veggies. 1 apple, 1/2 of a banana, frozen strawberries, a huge handful of Kale, and a splash of milk and this kid went to town. I might be on to something...but I don't think the readers out there would have appreciated a mediocre blender on the product of the week!

So, without further ado... the product I am OBSESSED with this week (and every week) for that matter is my Sarah + Abraham dish set. My daughter was gifted the most adorable personalized plate and bowl  from Angela. I LOVE these dishes! They are so darling. They are the perfect size, BPA free of course, and they can be put in the dishwasher.

They make the perfect baby shower, birthday, or special gift. Or you can buy them for your own kids because they are so stinkin' cute! I love how they can be personalized to look like your own little sweetie.

Check out other Sara + Abraham products here.

Now on to the other products of the week!!! Thanks ladies!
